We are looking for a Coordinator of Cleaning (m/f/d) for our main facility in Zandt, located in University Heights, IA.

Your responsibilities:

Coordination of the cleaning team in collaboration with the cleaning team leader
Creation of work schedules and management of special and regular cleaning tasks
Providing support to the cleaning team
Optimization of processes and tasks
Training and instruction of cleaning staff
Assisting with process implementation and quality control at domestic and international locations
Acting as a point of contact for customers and suppliers

Your profile:

Technical or vocational training in building cleaning or a similar qualification
Ideally, good knowledge of German and Czech language
Possession of a valid driver's license (Class B)
Ability to work independently and achieve results
Flexibility, willingness to continue education and training
Good knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to travel (approximately 5% internationally)
