We are looking for a dedicated
trainer (m/f/d)
for mechatronics to join us as soon as possible in a full-time (40 hours/week) permanent position.

Compensation will be based on the in-house collective agreement, pay group I for qualification personnel.


Your main tasks:


  • You design training and further education as an experience, convey specialized training content, and share your wealth of experience and expertise in a practical way.
  • As part of your responsibility for courses, you keep an eye on learning progress also during internships.
  • By participating in the preparation and implementation of (final) exams, you contribute to achieving the best possible results in your courses.
  • In addition, you support us in optimizing training and further education processes as well as in developing our product portfolio.

Your qualifications:


  • You have completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician and have a pedagogical additional qualification (e.g. suitability according to AEVO) or a comparable qualification.
  • You have sound expertise in the fields of mechatronics, electronics, and electrical engineering.
  • Ideally, you have some experience in adult education.
  • You convince with your joy in imparting knowledge and your intention to support and develop people.
  • You are proficient in using digital tools and media.
  • As a person, you stand out for your confident demeanor, interest in dealing with people from diverse backgrounds,
