We are currently seeking an Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on Production and Management to join our team in Stone Ridge, VA.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing lean production systems with modern, computer-assisted processes in manufacturing technology, as well as overseeing quality and environmental management.

As part of your studies, you will gain knowledge not only in production technology and organization, but also in business administration and project management.

Your diverse responsibilities will include planning and optimizing production processes, creating investment plans for new machinery, and scheduling orders while ensuring the availability of all necessary resources (personnel, materials, equipment, tools, and drawings).

You will work independently and as part of a project team, collaborating with experts from other areas of the company.

Start date: October 1, 2024
Duration: 3 years
University: DHBW Campus Friedrichshafen
Three to sixmonth rotations between theory and practical experience
