About us:
We offer psychosocial individual counseling for employees of the workshop. This includes working together with group leaders and the accompanying service to develop a plan of action. Our goal is to activate the self-responsibility of workshop employees.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group sessions on topics such as psychoeducation, emotion regulation, selfreflection, and social skills training in coordination with the social service and group leaders.
Provide individual support for health care and general health counseling, including psychiatric care. In case of emergencies, provide crisis intervention and accompany employees to medical facilities.
Clarify interfaces with support networks for the benefit of mental and general health, as well as assess workability.
Provide occasional support in work groups.
Provide feedback and document nursing and supportive measures.
