Description
Your role - responsible for the recording of gas supply systems, room monitoring systems, and laser infrastructure in SAP, as well as the creation and optimization of all associated maintenance concepts- identify all relevant operator obligations and applicable standards for the systems under your responsibility, as well as track and document measures to fulfill them- play a leading role in designing and optimizing processes for proper tracking and documentation of installation and maintenance work, from planning to final acceptance- monitor compliance with proof of work requirements for work carried out by external companies based on legal requirements- stay informed about current changes in applicable regulations related to operator responsibility and documentation obligations, and initiate adjustments to internal processes to meet changing requirements- contribute to the creation, review, and adaptation of risk assessments and operating instructions

Your profile - successfully completed a degree in a technical or commercial field or have a comparable qualification- several years of professional experience in a manufacturing company- experience in project work and related documentation- ability to quickly grasp complex issues, present them in a clear and structured manner, and communicate them effectively- strong analytical thinking and a careful work style, combined with clear communication skills in both German and English- high level of teamwork and responsibility, as well as determination and conflict resolution skills- excellent knowledge of MS Office
