Job Title:


  • Trainee Program for Construction Management in the Road and Civil Engineering Sector

Your Future Responsibilities:


  • Familiarization with the organization and processes, as well as supporting the construction management / senior construction management
  • Implementation of your own construction projects after an individual training period from planning to acceptance
  • Identification and tracking of additional work
  • Coordination and management of personnel and subcontractors
  • Support and collaboration in specialized departments such as cost estimation, procurement, and machinery technology

Your Qualifications:


  • Completed technical degree or constructionrelated training with relevant further education
  • First practical experience in the construction industry
  • Commitment and willingness to learn, creativity, and flexibility
  • Independent and goaloriented work, as well as teamwork
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
