- Manage multiple civil construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with ConnDOT codes.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to address concerns and ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of ConnDOT codes, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, or similar tools.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
