Description

The ING is the third largest retail bank in Germany with over 9 million customers.
We are currently seeking a Consumer Lending Pricing Manager for our Retail Banking division at our Frankfurt location.

Your responsibilities will include setting strategic pricing for our credit products, with a focus on volume and margin optimization.

You will also plan and monitor our business, volume, and revenue goals, and prepare pricing, profitability, and business case calculations.

Your regular product performance reports will help us make informed decisions, and you will also develop measures to enhance customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.

Additionally, you will keep a close eye on the market and competition, and optimize existing sales processes.

To ensure an optimal customer journey, you will work closely with our partnership management team and relevant German comparison portals such as Check24, Finanzcheck, and Smava.

You will also manage and lead projects for the further development of our product.
Teamwork is essential in everything you do. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Customer Interaction, Service, Risk) and provide reliable guidance, policies, and procedures to your colleagues.
