Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery within specified timeframes and budgets.

As a Blaze PM, you will provide extraordinary care and service to customers who have suffered a property loss. You will manage their renovation as well as control and communicate the budget effectively.

You will spend most of your time in the field to see that your projects get completed safely, in a timely fashion and with very good quality.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including documentation and reporting
  • Collaborate and communicate with customers and insurance representatives to ensure project objectives are met and within budget.
  • Implement project planning methodologies for efficient task management.
  • To have complete knowledge of general contract and subcontract documents.
  • To ensure that appropriate quality control process is established and maintained for the project.
  • To establish and monitor the administrative procedures for the project, which conform to the established policies and procedures of the team.
  • To organize and train the field staff and to ensure that the staff is aware and understands the projects goals and budget.
  • To communicate and direct subcontractors and vendors to ensure that high standards are met, and budget is followed.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction projects.
  • Proven experience managing an aggregate number of projects at the same time.
  • Previous experience managing projects that include all phases of construction.
  • Manage the construction and completion of quality projects within desired time frames and standards.
  • Manage and control all direct and indirect construction expenditures for assigned construction projects.
  • Oversee and schedule all constructionrelated activities on assigned projects.
  • To ensure that the master progress schedule is accurate: incorporating dates and times, availability of design information, procurement of labor and materials, lead times for fabrication and field installation is established and maintained.

Skills:


  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to understand and convey the sensitivities and philosophies of the company and its management.
  • Demonstrated capabilities of high ethical and value driven standards.
  • Flexible team player with the ability to step in and out of leadership roles as the situation dictates.
  • Proficiency in project portfolio management
  • Ability to present project plans and updates effectively
  • Strong organizational and project planning skills
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Experience in contract management preferred
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively train and mentor others.
  • Proven dedication to safety.
  • Computer experience preferred

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
