    Our client is actively seeking a talented Civil Engineer with specific

    Industrial Water/Wastewater

    experience to work a hybrid schedule with a team located in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with our client offering exceptional benefit package.

    This position is a hybrid opportunity for 2-3 days in the office.

    Job Overview

    As a Water/Wastewater Engineering Principal, you will develop vision and strategies, lead development and expansion of client relationships, and work with engineers and scientists to direct, lead, and manage a range of

    industrial water/wastewater projects.


    You will also collaborate with individuals in multiple office locations along with our Market Group leaders to expand revenues and services.

    Job Responsibilities

    Provide expert technical advice and guidance to clients and colleagues;
    Developing and overseeing scope, schedule, and providing project quality assurance and cost control for projects; and
    Developing, directing, and leading project teams for successful project completion.
    Expanding existing and developing new client relationships in the Manufacturing, Mining, Power and Solid Waste markets;
    Leading and participating in industry networking efforts;
    Actively participating in the identification, recruiting, and hiring of managers and staff to support client project objectives;


    Requirements:
    Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Required
    Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Environmental or Civil Engineering with Professional Engineer license;
    Demonstrated business development and client management experience;
    Sound understanding of business principles of consulting projects and related project delivery tools; and
    Technical expertise with industrial water/wastewater related projects.

    A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $120,000 - $165,000 per year.


    The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

    The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
