Coherent in Mainz has been part of the global Coherent group since November 2016.

Founded in 1994 as DILAS Diodenlaser GmbH, the company quickly established itself as an important manufacturer of high-power diode lasers.

At its two locations in Mainz and Freiburg, high-power diode laser components as well as systems of various powers and wavelengths are developed and produced.

The Coherent group now has eight additional locations in Germany.

Sales Order Processing Specialist

Job description and responsibilities:

Independent execution of international sales order processing
Independent processing of customer orders in the ERP database Oracle
Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates in cooperation with internal production facilities and external customers
Creation of order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes
Correspondence and communication with internal and external customers in an international environment
Data maintenance of installed systems (Oracle)

Education and work experience:

Your skills - widely spread:

Commercial education (e.g. industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk)
Several years of experience in sales order processing, ideally in an international company
Very good English skills in spoken and written
