We are currently seeking a Client Specialist to join our team in Dresden.


Your responsibilities:


  • Tasks in the area of 1st level support and initial resolution of incident reports
  • Escalation of serious incidents to higher instances
  • Clarification of needs and setup of IT components for users
  • Support for end users, including creation and management of user permissions
  • Handling of requests for hardware and software support
  • Receiving orders from the client's ticket system and documenting completed tasks in the system

Your profile:


  • Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge of Citrix
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
