    Description
    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shipping and Logistics Specialist to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, with a focus on managing and optimizing supply chain operations.

    This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and optimize logistic processes and operations to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of goods
    • Develop and implement transportation planning and scheduling strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
    • Coordinate with freight brokerage partners to secure competitive rates and ensure reliable transportation services
    • Oversee transportation management, including carrier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement supply chain management strategies that align with company goals
    • Monitor and analyze transportation finance data to identify costsaving opportunities and improve budgeting processes
    • Ensure compliance with transportation laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and licenses
    • Develop and implement transportation safety policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure the wellbeing of employees and customers
    Requirements

    Must be able to lift minimum of 75lbs daily.
