- Initiate and nurture relationships with new customers, particularly at the installer and contractor level.
- Harness a deep understanding of market dynamics to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Devise and execute tailored marketing strategies, making a mark in trade shows and industry events.
- Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, offering prompt and insightful solutions to technical and application-related questions.
- Engage with senior leadership to align sales objectives and strategies with broader company goals.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years in sales, with a commendable record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in selling highly customized mechanical systems.
- 5+ years focused in commercial HVAC with significant experience working through Manufacturers Rep channels
- Strong technical ability
- Proficient with contemporary office software and project management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and large group presentations.
- Strong organizational acumen and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
- Independent self-starter, well-versed in navigating a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
