    REQ556433 What success looks like in this role:


    The Health and Safety Manager will develop, implement, manage, and monitor the Company's Safety programs at approximately 20 office locations.

    Manage the office ergonomics program.

    Reporting of key performance objective on a country and global basis Development of job hazard and safe work method statements.

    Develop and present monthly safety topics for Field Engineering leadership. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations/directives. Development of training programs to meet regulatory requirements. Oversees case management of Workers Compensation cases.

    Works closely with HR, managers, insurance providers and adjustors to ensure timely and safe return to work for injured associates.

    Investigate injuries and identify corrective actions. Serve as an advisor for the Emergency Response, and First Aid teams. Travel once per quarter to Unisys sites in the US.

    You will be successful in this role if you have:

    BS Degree in Occupational Safety preferred.

    2-3 years Safety Experience in an office and field engineering setting.

    Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Knowledge of OSHA and other government regulations.

    Superior customer service skills and orientation

    Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations

    Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints

    Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision

    Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills

    Strong organizational skills and collaborative style.
