    Overview:

    Join a team of inspired leaders and empowered teams, where your passion for people drives your success. We are currently seeking a District Manager to oversee a rapidly growing Corporate Services foodservice portfolio across 20 client sites in Northern and Southern California.

    Based in Northern California, this hands-on Senior Management role involves active operations management and accountability. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for fostering ongoing communication, enforcing standards, and achieving business objectives across the portfolio.

    • Strong team development and client relationship skills
    • Proven successful P&L management experience
    • Ability to coordinate and lead teams effectively
    • Demonstrated capability in financial performance, client retention, and employee training
    • Experience in meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks
    • Background in client interactions and account operations

    Responsibilities:

    As the primary representative of the company for multiple accounts in a specific geographic area, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all activities within the region. This includes managing financial performance, client relationships, and employee development through subordinate managers and supervisors. Collaborate with clients and the Vice President on all contractual and operational matters to maintain strong business relationships and ensure client retention. Develop business plans and budgets for the accounts in alignment with General Managers.
