    As our Application Support Analyst, you will join a tight-knit team of curious, inquisitive, and self-motivated individuals. You'll have a sense of value because what you do affects how MISO keeps the lights on for millions of people As a vital member this team, you'll collaborate closely with a dynamic team, contributing to maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements across various applications. Empower yourself to use your skills to your fullest potential that include:

    • Executing application troubleshooting and take independent action to correct problems encountered
    • Testing, debugging, documenting, and installing modified and new programs to meet business and compliance requirements
    • Using your critical and intuitive thinking to analyze moderately high-risk situations, generate multiple options and approaches while considering how the solution may change or impact the organization
    • Proactively detecting issues before incidents happen
    To be successful as an Application Support Analyst, we'll be seeking the following attributes:
    • Bachelor's degree in technical field (or 4 years relevant work experience equivalency)
    • Using Oracle or similar experience with databases
    • Navigating in Windows and/or Linux systems
    • Supporting critical applications and experience troubleshooting, triaging
    • Being part of a 24x7 on-call rotation
    Previous energy industry experience is a huge plus

    Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
