    Executing application troubleshooting and take independent action to correct problems encountered
    Testing, debugging, documenting, and installing modified and new programs to meet business and compliance requirements
    Using your critical and intuitive thinking to analyze moderately high-risk situations, generate multiple options and approaches while considering how the solution may change or impact the organization
    Proactively detecting issues before incidents happen
    To be successful as an

    Application Support Analyst,

    we'll be seeking the following attributes:
    Bachelor's degree in technical field (or 4 years relevant work experience equivalency)
    Using Oracle or similar experience with databases
    Navigating in Windows and/or Linux systems
    Supporting critical applications and experience troubleshooting, triaging
    Being part of a 24x7 on-call rotation
    Previous energy industry experience is a huge plus
    Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.
