    JOB SUMMARY

    We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us and help run our newest ESQUELETO outpost in beautiful downtown Mill Valley

    The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of retail experience within the fine jewelry industry. A high attention to detail is a must and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a sales position, but requires a specific skill set of one on one customer service along with an in depth fine jewelry knowledge. The ideal candidate will have the capability of functioning in a tight knit work place. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and on a team and must be a self-starter. This is an in store position and cannot be done remotely.

    This job pays based on experience with a base hourly range of $30-$35/hour, plus commission, benefits and perks.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Excellent Customer service skills along with brand knowledge. Ability to promote brand to new clientele.

    Solid understanding of Shopify POS.

    Self motivated, hard working, and able to work with a team, along with a positive attitude.

    Strong customer service and communication skills.

    Highly organized along with the ability to multi task. Ability to manage a sales team.

    Excellent Time Management Skills along with a workflow discipline

    *Ability to run and pull sales reports from POS and experience with Excel
