We are currently seeking two
Care Support Workers (m/f/d) for our Community Living program for chronically mentally ill individuals in Freital, Stockett, MT.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and implementing individual care, activities, and leisure programs
- Support residents according to their individual care plans
- Accompany residents to medical appointments
- Provide basic personal care and simple medical treatments
- Perform household tasks related to resident care
Requirements:
- Degree or certification as a Social Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or equivalent
- Experience working with chronically mentally ill adults and/or individuals with disabilities preferred
- Empathetic approach towards residents
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of flexibility
- Reliability, emotional resilience, and ability to work in a team
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
We offer:
- Salary according to pay scale group 4 of AVR Diakonie Deutschland, version Saxony, with regular pay adjustments
