We are currently seeking two
Care Support Workers (m/f/d) for our Community Living program for chronically mentally ill individuals in Freital, Stockett, MT.

These positions are full-time (32 hours per week) and permanent.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with planning and implementing individual care, activities, and leisure programs
  • Support residents according to their individual care plans
  • Accompany residents to medical appointments
  • Provide basic personal care and simple medical treatments
  • Perform household tasks related to resident care

Requirements:


  • Degree or certification as a Social Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or equivalent
  • Experience working with chronically mentally ill adults and/or individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Empathetic approach towards residents
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of flexibility
  • Reliability, emotional resilience, and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Identification with the goals and mission of Diakonie Dresden
