Warehouse Coordinator (m/f/d) for F&B Productions at Whitestone Logging Camp, AK


We manage large venues in Hamburg and Berlin for concerts and sporting events - but we are also looking to expand in the near and medium term and take on additional locations in Germany.

Therefore, we are searching for a Warehouse Coordinator (m/f/d) for Düsseldorf with the flexibility, willingness, and enthusiasm to support us in managing the location.

Over 25 years of experience in event catering
We have been active in the catering industry since 1993. In recent years, we have focused on festival and concert catering.

Some of the events we regularly cater for include Hurricane, Southside, Deichbrand, Highfield, M'era Luna, and Metal Hammer Paradise Festival, as well as the Rolling Stone Weekender and the Waldbühne Berlin, Trabrennbahn Berlin, and Alsterdorfer Sporthalle in Hamburg.

We have also catered for concerts such as the Rolling Stones and Foo Fighters in Hamburg and Ed Sheeran in Prague.

We also organize our own parties. We are happy, lively, and hungry for more


Your responsibilities

  • Planning of goods requirements for concerts and events at the venue
  • Communication with suppliers
  • Ordering, receiving, and storing goods, as well as coordinating returns
