- Lead and manage a team of production supervisors, technicians and other operational staff.

- Foster a culture of safety, quality and teamwork, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams.
- Lead and implement quality control systems.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a key leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in a similar field / industry.
- Solid knowledge and demonstrated application of manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of automation of manufacturing systems would be an asset.
- A mechanical aptitude with a strong understanding of small engine components (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Technical competence with ERP systems and other common manufacturing related software.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Ability to communicate professionally in the English Language (verbal & written)
- You must be legally able to work in the USA.
- You are able to commute to the work location on a regular basis (Shakopee, MN)
