As part of our growth, we are looking for reinforcements in the Knauf Interfer Group.


Your tasks:

  • Support in the implementation of groupwide HR projects and independent project activities as part of our digitization initiatives
  • Accompaniment in the introduction, management and optimization of HR processes with the aim of longterm process stability
  • Independent support of a defined employee area in all personnelrelated matters from entry to exit
  • Administrative HR work (preparation of employment contracts, warnings, terminations, references, works council hearings, etc.)
  • Contact person for specialists and managers in all personnel matters and labor law issues
  • Ensuring and further development of existing HR controlling / key figures / reporting
  • Support in HR audits
  • Communication with our personnel service providers

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in business or social sciences with a focus on personnel and/or commercial training with corresponding further education in the HR field
  • Several years of professional experience in the abovementioned personnel area
  • Experience in the implementation of concepts and implementation of projects for the development of HR processes and systems
  • Strong service orientation and organizational skills with diplomatic finesse
  • Independent, proactive and teamoriented way of working
