For our holding company based in Munich, we are looking for a student assistant (m/f/d) to provide active support in the field of M&A as soon as possible:


Your tasks:


  • Direct involvement in the analysis of live transactions (including financial, tax, and legal aspects) and company valuation
  • Support in identifying potential acquisition targets in Germany
  • Independent company research
  • Independent market and industry analysis as part of the company's buy & build strategy
  • Independent maintenance of a list of potential acquisition targets
  • Support in preparing internal decision documents and drafting contracts
  • Active participation in the development of processes and templates

Your profile:


  • You are currently studying business administration, law, or a similar field, or have already completed your studies
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of M&A, preferably in private equity or a buy & build context, or have a strong interest in it
  • You are proficient in using MS Office applications
