For our client, a renowned private bank, we are currently looking for a
Credit Clerk (m/f/d) Real Estate Developer to start as soon as possible as part of direct placement.

The salary range is between €45,000 and €60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Your responsibilities as a Credit Clerk (m/f/d) Real Estate Developer:

  • Processing daily incoming payment orders
  • Independent correspondence with clients, banks, and notaries
  • Data maintenance in various IT systems
  • Taking on additional administrative tasks in credit processing and credit file management
  • Competent contact person for clients and internal departments

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d)
  • Experience as a credit assistant or in administrative work in the real estate developer sector
  • Quick comprehension and excellent analytical skills
  • Independent and helpful work style
