    Job Title:
    Technical Project Manager


    Location:
    US - Remote

    Duration: 6+ Months Contract


    Pay rate:
    $60-65/hr (DOE)


    Role Description:
    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of AI projects.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    The AI Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.


    Job Experience Requirements:
    Bachelor's/associate degree in computer science or related field
    5+ years of experience in project management and exposure to AI projects
    Strong leadership and communication skills
    Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

    Skills required:
    Have general knowledge on AI & Gen AI principles.
    Have a short learning curve to learn new AI tools and other tech tools
    Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating these insights into a clear and actionable project plan
    With the project's vision in mind, need to be able to define project milestones, timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
    Must foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
    Skilled at identifying and mitigating risks.

    The PM must analyze potential obstacles to the project's timeline, budget, or quality, and proactively develop strategies to minimize these risks, ensuring that the project remains on track.

    Project Manager must maintain open and transparent lines of communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members. They must provide regular updates, address concerns, and align project progress with the broader organizational goals
    Effective communication (English - verbal & written), Time Management & Team building skills
    Be able to Marshal resources, coordinate work on the project, monitor progress, identify sticky points, and work with people inside and outside the team to resolve them
    Quality Assurance and Budget management are other skills that are crucial for this role
    Vendor management skills

    Job Responsibilities:
    Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
    Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success
    Identify and manage project risks and issues
    Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
    Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
