Our Vision
LITTLE BIRD GmbH is a successful IT company based in Berlin. Our software product revolutionizes the registration, allocation, and management of childcare places.

We ensure that parents have better and fairer chances of getting a spot in a daycare center, relieve daycare center managers of daily administrative tasks, and enable city administrations to reliably and digitally shape the future of childcare.

The company's founder and managing director, Anke Odrig, was herself looking for a daycare spot for her older son in 2006.

She realized that this was a time-consuming and stressful process with an uncertain outcome, and that a solution was needed.

So far, we have won over 350 cities and have been part of the Russmedia Group since 2018. Our goal is to offer our service throughout Germany and develop additional services for parents and childcare providers. To continue this successful development, we are looking for you to join our team.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree and/or professional experience in the fields of service, sales, or project management.
  • You would describe yourself as wellstructured and organized.
  • You are open, communicative, and confident in presenting topics and content internally and externally.
  • You enjoy methods and didactics and want to learn how to prepare and share your knowledge.
  • You are eager to familiarize yourself with a complex software.
  • You are willing to travel for work (within Germany).
  • You are proficient in using all common office programs.
