    **Job Description:**

    Assist in executing production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.

    Maintains adherence to Company policies, safety and good housing practices.

    Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.

    Confers with Supervisor to review work issues.

    Establishes or adjusts work instructions to meet production schedules.

    Reporting on-time delivery and maintaining and extract data from SAP.

    Recommends and/or implements measure to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.

    Suggests and implements changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.

    Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.

    Supervises personnel to ensure a well-qualified and motivated department.

    Manually maintains customer order and/or workshop records for traceability within the work area.

    Inspects materials for special applications and customer assemblies.

    Establishes work activities as deemed necessary.

    Assists in the repair of Festo product at the customer facility.

    Assures that test equipment is properly maintained for efficient production.

    Ensures that SAS workshop equipment is calibrated to specified requirements.

    Performs activities of workers supervised.

    Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required

    **Experience and Skills:**

    2-3 years related experience and/or training

    Previous experience in the assembly processes of Festo: at least 1 year.

    Basic machine shop/electrical and pneumatic background preferred

    Experience in basic control wiring, production assembly and machine shop environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience with Microsoft office, excel, SAP experience a plus.

    Experience interpreting blueprints, AutoCAD experience a plus.

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
