Description

For one of our clients in the medical technology industry, we are currently looking for a Team Leader - Embedded Systems (m/f/d) in Jena, Summerside. This is a hybrid position with the option to work from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and leading a team of developers for embedded software, including budgeting
Developing and implementing strategies and plans within your own area of responsibility
Analyzing customer requirements and wishes in the software field and evaluating potential solutions
Designing, implementing, and overseeing a testing strategy for embedded software
Ensuring the establishment and adherence to processes
Selecting and coordinating external technology and development partners
Managing resources and coordinating external development needs
Monitoring and evaluating technical developments and trends in the market and implementing modern improvements

What you bring to the table:

A degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a similar qualification
Extensive professional experience in software development or software architecture
Demonstrable experience in leading a team, ideally also in a disciplinary capacity
In-depth knowledge of software development, including determining optimal software architectures, implementing software
