We are looking for hardworking people who have great customer service and good attitudes who will work well with our team.

Team Leads duties include but are not limited to:

Motivate the team.
Customer service.
Handling customer complaints.
Monitor business operations
Be part of the team in also carrying out duties that include running, cleaning related tasks and stocking items.

Rainbow Cone need seasonal employees on nights and weekends, especially weekend nights, typically 5:30pm to 10pm. A typical work week for our employees is 15 to 30 hours per week.

All employees are required to work Rainbow Cones outdoor events and some holidays and need to be able to physically work on their feet for at least 5 hours at a time as well as work in hot and cold temps.
