Responsibilities:


  • Agent Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting toptier real estate agents.
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with Agents to bring in highpotential talent.
  • Lead the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration for new agents into our brokerage.
  • Team Building and Leadership:
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Develop and execute training programs to elevate the performance of the entire team.
  • Agent Success and Productivity:
  • Implement performance metrics and goals to drive agent success.
  • Work closely with agents to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Utilize technology and tools to streamline workflows and increase overall team productivity.
  • Business Development:
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute business growth strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to expand market share and increase profitability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a successful Real Estate Team Leader or similar role.
  • Strong track record of recruiting and retaining highperforming real estate agents.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of real estate market trends and industry best practices.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
