We are looking for a motivated employee (m/f/d) for First Level On-Site Support in Happy Valley, OR.

Position:
First Level On-Site Support (m/f/d)

Location:
Happy Valley, OR

Working Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

Providing on-site support and assistance to employees with IT problems and disruptions

Experience with ticketing systems required

Receiving, processing, and resolving support requests via phone, email, or in person

Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software

Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues

Documenting support processes and creating reports

Working closely with Second Level Support and other departments

Providing training to employees on IT systems when needed

Requirements:

Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support

Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS)

Basic understanding of network technologies (LAN, WLAN)

Service-oriented and communicative personality

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Good written and verbal communication skills in German
