L'impact que vous aurez :
En tant que Country Manager chez RTB House, vous jouez un rôle crucial dans la conception de la stratégie de marché et dans la croissance des revenus du marché FR.
Vous dirigez les opérations du bureau en orchestrant les départements suivants : Ventes, AdOps, Customer service, Finances, Inventaire, Marketing, Admin.
Les sujets sur lesquels vous allez travailler :
En tant qu'expert du marché français et de l'écosystème publicitaire, vous concevez la stratégie de la Business Unit à court et long terme.
Favoriser la croissance des revenus en favorisant une culture de collaboration, d'innovation et de solutions axées sur le client au sein des équipes.
Tirer parti de votre réseau notamment Directeur Marketing/Directeur Général, identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et favoriser l'augmentation du portefeuille de clients.
Être le porte parole de l'entreprise en assistant à des événements marché (ex : Monaco 1to1, Biarritz 1to1...)
Diriger, former et encadrer de grandes équipes (plus de 50 salariés en France) en fixant des objectifs clairs et en incarnant les valeurs de l'entreprise.
Naviguer dans une entreprise matricielle en construisant et en entretenant des relations solides avec l'équipe de direction et les autres pays.
Rendre compte des performances commerciales, des statuts financiers et des écarts budgétaires au Directeur Régional basé à Paris.
Qui recherchons-nous:
15 ans d'expérience minimum
10 ans d'expérience en vente directe dans l'environnement en ligne (de préférence e-commerce) sur le marché FR
10 ans d'expérience réussie en gestion d'une équipe de plus de 10 personnes
Réseaux et contacts notamment au sein de comités de direction en charge des activités digitales
Connaissance des modèles de retargeting et de Real Time Bidding ;
Connaissance approfondie des marchés du e-commerce et de la publicité digitale sur le marché FR ;
Capacité de prévoir les ventes et à élaborer des plans de vente ;
Capacité d'établir et à entretenir des relations et des partenariats efficaces avec les principaux acteurs du marché;
Un esprit entrepreneurial et une volonté de développer l'entreprise ;
Motivation personnelle, initiative et grande énergie ;
Compétences créatives en résolution de problèmes ;
Solides compétences en gestion du temps ;
La langue maternelle française est indispensable ;
Maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau C1) ;
Le(a) candidat(e) doit être basé(e) à Paris.
