Financial Analyst/Paralegal

Top Washington, D.C. law firm specializing in municipal securities and affordable housing law seeks full-time financial analyst/paralegal with college degree with an emphasis in the mathematical/financial field demonstrating superior academic performance (GPA 3.5 or higher). Transactional and structured finance experience is a plus. Excellent analytical skills, organizational skills, writing ability and attention to detail are essential; Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required). Ideal candidates will thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment; they will be self-motivated, flexible and have the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines under pressure.

This position is perfect for the outstanding student who desires substantive work experience and direct exposure to top investment banks and real estate developers prior to embarking on a career in corporate law, finance, or development. Typical responsibilities will include financial analysis, investment structuring and some document review. The starting salary is $60K-$65K (overtime possible) and is a fully remote position.
