Interstate is seeking a detail-oriented, analytically minded
Manager, Claims to join our Claims team The Manager, Claims will manage, supervise, and coordinate activities of the department to provide reasonable claims adjudication in compliance with all laws, regulations, and contractual commitments.

The Manager, Claims will supervise 6-8 direct reports at a time.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a claims department OR 57 years of management experience in the moving/relocation/transportation industry. An equivalent combination of education and experience will suffice, as well.
  • Must have experience working with and creating KPI metrics, objectives, and necessary assignments to push to settle claims in a timely manner.
  • Must have great presentation skills and be able to showcase the department's stats to senior executives.
  • Must have supervisory experience, managing teams between 68 individuals.

Pay:
$67, $90,000.00 per year
