    Mackin is a family-owned, multi disciplanry engineering and consulting firm. They have been dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients since 1960.

    A substantial backlog of work includes:
    Bridge, Roadway, Municipal, Green Infrastructure and more.

    Step into a leadership role and report directly to the President

    Work a reasonable amount of hours (40-50/ week) and have the flexibility to work from home two days a week

    There's a local "small office feel" with the full support of the larger, Pittsburgh office
    Your contributions will be easy to highlight and you'll have plenty of support to grow
    What is the company looking for?

    8+ years of experience
    PE licensure is required
    Leadership experience is preferred – Will manage a team of four with a target of adding an additional 6 team members in the next 12 months
    Must have working knowledge of bridge engineering to include the ability to read a load rating analysis

    You'll spend 30-40% of your time in the office with the remainder of the time working from home, or in the field growing the business.


    Role Breakdown:
    10-20% –

    Billable Design Work:
    Primarily bridge inspection and design work today
    80-90% – QA/QC, Growing the team, and Developing new client relationships
