The
Manager, Branch Operations, is an important piece of this process.

The
Manager, Branch Operations leads the branch team to achieve meaningful business results. They manage daily branch operations and are responsible for ensuring a remarkable personal experience is delivered to all customers. This position will be located at our
Progress Avenue branch located in
Harrisburg.


Essential functions of this opportunity include:
Leading a team.

  • Generate revenue items associated with the branch.
  • Model AAA Central Penn Core Values.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment providing observation, training, coaching, mentoring, and motivation to team members.
  • Ensure team member engagement by routinely recognizing individual and team accomplishments.
  • Communicate expectations as well as relevant information to and from team members.
  • Hold team members accountable to meet job expectations and achieve goals.
  • Make employment and performance management decisions.
  • Serve as resource for team members to resolve issues/concerns.
  • Lead special projects and activities.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

  • Communicate sales and customer service expectations.
  • Actively seeks opportunities supporting team member performance to meet expectations and achieve goals.
  • Champion a remarkable personal experience for each member while demonstrating adaptability to address barriers.

  • Innovatively manage sales opportunities to increase branch profitability.
  • Consistently communicate and measure attainment of goals.
  • Provide empowerment, support, and training opportunities for team members.
  • Understand and adhere to budget while seeking out cost saving measures and efficiencies.
Managing branch operations.

  • Schedule appropriate staffing to meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and reporting.
  • Oversee daily cash drawer(s) balancing.
  • Manage facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Provide a professional, functioning, branded branch for members.
  • Must be able to:
  • Maintain clearance for title/PennDOT work throughout employment.
  • Must be able to regularly travel between locations for business purposes.
  • If driving, the incumbent must possess and maintain clean driving record and meet minimum insurance standards to drive for company business.
