We are searching for a dynamic Branch Manager who is able to work independently and assist our agency grow by increasing referrals while retaining high patient satisfaction.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Grow agency census by establishing beneficial relationships with referral sources and increasing referrals
  • Maintain involvement in the community to bring awareness of agency services
  • Ensure all applicable laws and regulations are followed
  • Ensure efficient and effective operation of local branch
  • Ensure high level patient satisfaction
  • Work closely with staff to ensure proper scheduling of caregivers and solve issues that arise.
  • Ensure accurate staffing of clients with caregivers based on location, time, skills/needs, and requests.
  • Utilize our webbased care management system to monitor operations including ontime arrival, manage clockin/clockout system, monitor care logs, and update client and caregiver records
  • Effectively and accurately communicate with caregivers, clients, case managers, and office staff.
  • Ensure effective recruiting of staff, retention, and training
  • Perform inhome visits and calls as required
  • Complete incident reporting as necessary
  • Contact healthcare providers to obtain documentation and information as needed
  • Oncall responsibilities
  • Other projects/duties as assigned by administration

Requirements:


  • Good relationships and contacts in the relevant industry
  • At least 3 years of relevant and related supervisory work experience
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to effectively communicate with nurses, physicians, case managers and patients
  • Fast paced
  • Selfdirecting and very independent with the ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Advanced knowledge of computers
  • Very organized and detailed, able to handle extensive amounts of paperwork/documentation
  • Reliable car, valid State driver's license and car insurance
  • Background check will be required
  • Must have authorization to work in the USA
