- Conduct preliminary research on clients' financial situations to assess bankruptcy eligibility.
- Assist in drafting and filing bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents pre-judgment.
- Manage post-judgment actions, including enforcement of court orders and bankruptcy plan implementation.
- Prepare reaffirmation agreements, modifications, and other post-judgment filings.
- Preferred experience with iManage, forms, workflow, and eDockets.
- Knowledge of eDiscovery tools like Relativity is advantageous.
- Strong follow-up skills and reliability.
- Proficient in legal writing and drafting pleadings.
- Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts.
- Proactive communication with attorneys.
- Prior bankruptcy knowledge; minimal training provided.
- Onsite for the first 6 months, with flexibility on Fridays thereafter.
