    HVAC Service Manager

    Kliemann Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning is a family owned heating and air conditioning company who has been proudly serving the residents and businesses of South Puget Sound since 1998. Our team of professionals continually stay up to date with the newest techniques and equipment, staying one step ahead of the competition.

    We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Manager to lead HVAC employees to service, maintain, and repair the clients' HVAC systems. As an HVAC Service Manager, you must routinely collaborate closely with service technicians, dispatch workers, and other supervisors to ensure customer loyalty while achieving departmental objectives and goals. Managers will often communicate directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to provide accurate information on job or project status and needs.

    Pay: $90,000 - $150,000 per year

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Manage HVAC maintenance and service teams to ensure quality work and excellent customer service
    • Schedules, directs, and provides technical support for HVAC technicians.
    • Understand the departments business plan and hold your team accountable for exceeding goals.
    • Reviews technicians' work to ensure quality meets established standards
    • Organize training and ongoing support for service teams
    • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains HVAC technicians as required to meet workload demands.
    • Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act standards
    • Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements
    • Other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of successful management experience preferred
    • 2+ years of training in HVAC or other service industries preferred
    • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
    • Pass a drug and background check
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating preferred
    • Reliable and self-motivated
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
