As digitalization and the drive to generate process optimization benefits continue to transform traditional accounting, it is becoming an interdisciplinary field.

Your core responsibilities will include documentation and handling of all payment-related transactions.


How You Can Make an Impact

  • Posting and booking of incoming invoices, acting as an interface between Global Business Services and operational units, managing correspondence with internal contacts and suppliers both nationally and internationally
  • Resolving discrepancies, creating error logs, making corrections, reviewing associated documents for completeness, accuracy, and authorization
  • Processing intercompany transactions according to defined rules, monitoring open items, managing reminders, and providing support in case of uncertainties
  • Conducting periodic closings (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in compliance with internal guidelines in various IT systems, including any necessary adjustment postings
  • Taking responsibility for and coordinating process optimization with a focus on automation and digitalization, as well as participating in international strategic projects
  • Creating statistics and evaluations for various target groups, gathering interdisciplinary information and data
  • Serving as a competent point of contact for various inquiries in the field and responding to requests in English

What You Bring

  • Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk or a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting
  • Ideally, knowledge of MS Office products and SAP systems (SAP-FI/SAP-MM)
  • Structured, goaloriented, and independent work style, resilience, and commitment
