Your responsibilities:

  • First point of contact (m/f/d) for customers regarding all deliveryrelated inquiries
  • Order acceptance and processing, as well as close communication with suppliers and customers
  • Regularly gather customerspecific delivery data and work closely with the sales team and logistics department
  • Monitor delivery deadlines
  • Handle followup processes

Your profile:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a similar qualification.
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in a similar position.
  • You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • You have a good command of the MS Office package and ideally have experience with SAP R/
  • You enjoy working in a team, are used to working independently, and are also communicative and wellorganized.
