Job Description:

Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: Remote

Job Description:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts.

Create and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, release notes, and troubleshooting guides.

Organize and present information in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the target audience.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of documentation by reviewing and editing content.

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation meets the needs of end-users.

Stay up to date with product changes and updates, and revise documentation accordingly.

Participate in the development and maintenance of documentation processes and standards.

Provide feedback on product usability and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.

Assist with other technical writing tasks and projects as needed.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
