- Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology
- Maintain records and files of work and revisions
- Confer with client to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication
- The best candidate is proactive, owns and drives their work by initiating and following up with others
- Performance indicators – Meeting deadlines, creating great content – drive more views and usage on content
- Purpose of this team – This person will work on customer and partner documentation as a part of the product operations team. This team ensures that documentation for processes and tools are up to date and of good quality
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or English, journalism, communications preferred
- 2-4 years experience required
- Technical Writing – APIs in documentation experience instead of just UI experience
- Structuring documentation to drive user participation
- Figma
- Managing push/pull merge requests through Repos (such as GitHub)
- Experience in in creating documentation for a technical audience
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to read some programming code
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
