    Our client is a well-established non-profit, known for its supportive team culture and commitment to personal and professional growth. They are focused on addressing homelessness among youth through diverse counseling modalities and culturally sensitive approaches.

    Role Impact: As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll play a crucial role in changing lives by providing assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and case management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct Behavioral Health Assessments and implement Treatment Plans.
    • Deliver individual, family, and group counseling.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage crisis situations.
    • Engage in multi-disciplinary team discussions and weekly supervision sessions.
    • Adhere to quality assurance standards and participate in after-hours on-call services.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Masters Degree in counseling, social work, or related field required.
    • Must be BBS-registered (AMFT, ACSW, APCC).
    • Affinity to work with LGBTQIA+ Community and homeless youth affected by racism, homophobia, etc.
    • Must be comfortable working in the community - traveling to meet clients in coffee shops, YMCA satellite office, etc.
    • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
    • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
