- Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person for Children, Individual, Family, and/or Couples with the flexibility to define preferred modalities and populations.
- Prior experience in therapy for children is essential.
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of DSM V mental health disorders using our HIPAA-compliant platform.
- Maintain accurate clinical records on our secure platform, adhering to standards of care and licensing requirements.
- Some administrative duties may be required
- Competitive annual pay salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, determined by degree level, client contact modality, years of licensed experience, and additional certifications/experience.
- Performance based bonus.

- California Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Registered Psychologist).
- Master's or Doctoral degree.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Experience working with various client populations, including children, teens, adults, and the elderly.
- Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues.
- Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to use a telehealth platform via internet connectivity (if remote becomes available).
