Summary
Learning and Development is a small but mighty group of people who are energized by bringing a variety of unique learning and development solutions to our diverse and dispersed employee population.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our team. The L&D Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development initiatives within our organization.This individual will be responsible for coordinating and administering various training programs, maintaining learning management systems, managing training logistics, and providing administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skill, strong attention to detail, and a passion for fostering employee growth and development.
This position will work closely with the Learning & Development family, as well as the various groups, teams, and other amazing individuals we support.
Location options for this position include Dallas, Austin, Phoenix, Atlanta, San Diego and Falls Church.Essential Functions
Collaborate with the L&D team to plan, develop, and execute training programs and initiatives
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, equipment, and materials
Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources
Provide administrative support for training activities, such as managing participant registrations, tracking attendance, and preparing training evaluation reports
Overall management of the learning management system (LMS), including maintaining user records and training content, building and running reports, troubleshooting end user issues, and identifying and resolving technical issues
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and necessary training, tracking, and reporting
Manage communications by monitoring department email and responding to messages as appropriate, assisting with communications plans for training program launches, and other miscellaneous actions as required
Coordinate and liaise with external vendors by managing license usage for content and courses, coordinating the payment process for vendor invoices, and managing the annual subscription / license renewals
Support the evaluation and assessment of training programs, gathering feedback and data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Maintain central repository of training resources, including training materials, videos, and other learning assets
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance training initiatives
Provide general administrative support to the Learning and Development team
