    BRAND DIRECTOR

    Hybrid:
    Based in Atlanta, GA

    Onsite Mon, Tue and Thur

    Salary:
    Up to 150K + bonus

    Relocation package available

    This company is focused on high-quality, ingredient-driven beauty brands dedicated to innovation They are hiring for a Brand Director for one of their brands.


    The Brand Director at this clean-beauty company is responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy to drive growth and market share.

    The position requires strong brand general management experience, strategic thinking, and P&L fluency to enable this brand to thrive in the health and beauty industry.

    The Brand Director is responsible for steering the brand's identity, driving engagement, modernizing the sales approach, and translating consumer insights into impactful initiatives that resonate with our audience across all of our channels:
    direct selling, franchises, ecommerce, and Amazon. The role reports directly to the CEO.

    Responsibilities


    Brand Strategy Development:


    Craft and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's objectives and vision, ensuring brand growth, differentiation, and market leadership.

    Leverage market research, consumer insights, and industry trends to identify

    opportunities and drive strategic brand positioning.


    P&L Responsibility:
    Establish budget from the bottoms-up: sales building blocks approach and zero-based expense planning.

    Drive top-line sales growth and contribution margin while protecting brand equity.


    Brand Representation and Identity:
    Maintain and evolve brand identities, ensuring they remain relevant and consistent across all channels and touchpoints.

    Develop compelling brand messaging and communication strategies across all

    touchpoints to maintain brand identity and resonate with the target audience.


    Product Management and Development:
    Collaborate with the Product Development team to create and launch innovative products that resonate with target audiences.

    Lead the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market demands.


    Campaign Strategy and Execution:
    Work closely with CMO and the team to devise creative and impactful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and

    engagement.

    Utilize digital marketing and social media strategies to amplify brand presence and cultivate a loyal community.


    Performance Analysis and Optimization:
    Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and market trends to drive data-driven decision-making.

    Utilize insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and enhance brand initiatives for continuous growth.

    Determine product positioning and pricing strategies to achieve competitive advantage and profitability.


    Cross-Functional Collaboration:


    Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Product Development, Business Development, and Marketing, to ensure brand strategies are executed effectively.


    Team Leadership:


    Build, develop, and lead a team of brand professionals (Sales & Education, Brand Coordinator), fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

    Lead by example, inspiring creativity, fostering innovation, and nurturing a culture that celebrates the brand's essence.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.


    7+ years of experience in brand management within the beauty or consumer goods industry, demonstrating a track record of successful brand development.

    Direct selling experience is a must; franchise experience preferred.

    Proficient in market research, trend analysis, and strategic planning, with a keen eye for consumer behavior.

    Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

    Strong project management abilities with a focus on delivering results within established timelines.

    Creative and innovative mindset.
