We are looking for a Bank Branch Manager, Retail Banking responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service bank branch including operations, client service, product sales, and security and safety.

Your specific duties will include:

Hiring, training, and developing staff.
Developing and executing sales strategies and relationship-building.
Monitoring branch trends.
Delivering exceptional customer service.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

Proven sales ability and documented branch growth.
Minimum of 7 years in a branch environment.
Minimum of 5 years of branch management experience.
Minimum of 3 years management of complex business and consumer accounts.
Experience in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of employees

Pay Rate Range: $74, ,200/ year

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
