Overview:
The Solution Architect plays a crucial role in ensuring applications and servers are constructed in accordance with best practices, emphasizing reusability and a keen understanding of leveraging technology to effectively address business requirements.
Additionally, the Solution Architect is responsible for engaging with the Enterprise Architecture Review Council, seeking approval and guidance from all IT stakeholders to ensure the development of sustainable services and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop formal Conceptual and Solution Architectures and deliver presentations to senior staff, business stakeholders, and the Enterprise Architecture Review Council.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
Eight (8) to fifteen (15) years of experience across multiple IT domains, with five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant technology architecture experience.
Hands-on experience with Network Access Control (NAC) and Cisco Client in alignment with required years of experience.Hands-on experience with Cisco DNA in alignment with required years of experience.
Desired Skills:
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in state-of-the-art principles of architectural modeling, service-oriented architecture (SOA), enterprise information management, and software design and development.
Experience as a Solution Architect on two or more large-scale, heterogeneous IT programs.
Proven track record of developing solutions that effectively address business challenges.
Experience in designing and implementing SOA and Services within an enterprise environment.
Background in the Transportation Industry is advantageous.
Broad IT experience encompassing networking technologies.
Familiarity with EA frameworks.
